Systems that Streamline

The Blog Challenge of the day is to identify one awesome system that will streamline our business. We've already covered a ton of great products that help save time and increase freedom, but this is another key aspect of optimizing your time. Eventually I would love to create some standard operating procedures so I can outsource daily tasks but I have a lot more growing to do first and after that, I need to figure out what the SOPs should be before I can pass tasks on to others. Before that, I am looking forward to expanding my website and instituting Hootsuite to manage all of my social media accounts. If you aren't familiar with it, Hootsuite helps you maintain all of your social media accounts from one place. Since I'll be scheduling out multiple posts across a variety of platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others I think it could be an amazing way to streamline everything.
